WHERE CAN I FIND INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CARE OF THE PRODUCTS?
The instructions for the care of our products can usually be found in the operating instructions that accompany the product. You can find digital versions of the operating instructions as well as additional care instructions and recommendations under downloads or likewise via the AXENT Guide App.
WHERE CAN I FIND BRIEF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE SHOWER WCS?
Various explanatory video tutorials show you step by step how to perform the function and setting options on the remote control or also on our Youtube channal.
WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO IF I DO NOT USE MY SHOWER TOILET FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME, FOR EXAMPLE DURING A HOLIDAY?
Close the toilet lid. Set the shower toilet to standby mode. Empty the water tank according to the operating instructions. With models such as the AXENT.ONE Plus, you should also deactivate the seat heating. To deactivate the standby mode again, tap lightly on the rear cover, on the left-hand side. These steps will ensure that your shower toilet operates efficiently and saves energy while you are away.
HOW DO I CLEAN OR DESCALE MY SHOWER TOILET CORRECTLY?
The shower toilet has an integrated descaling programme that can easily descale the entire water system, similar to a coffee machine. You can find instructions and tutorials on how to do this here.

TROUBLESHOOT A SHOWER TOILET MALFUNCTION

WHY DOES THE NIGHT LIGHT (LED) GLOW RED?
Reminder to carry out: Please remember to decalcify all parts that use water. Carry out the descaling programme according to the operating instructions. After the descaling process, perform a system reset to reset the red night light indicator. Video tutorials
SHOWER SPRAY STRENGTH: LESS WATER COMES OUT COMPARED TO BEFORE. WHAT CAN I DO?
The shower rod may be calcified. Please carry out cleaning according to the care instructions. Alternatively, the shower spray strength may be set too low.
SHOWER WAND MOVES OUT AND BACK AGAIN (BEEPS). WHAT CAN I DO?
Switch the shower toilet off for 15 seconds, for example by switching off the fuse. After 15 seconds, reconnect the unit to the mains.
NO SHOWER FUNCTION WHEN THE BUTTOCKS OR LADY SHOWER IS TRIGGERED (BEEPS). WHAT CAN I DO?
If there is no water supply, please check the ball valve to ensure that the water supply is working. In case of a clogged basket filter, you should contact customer service.
NO FUNCTION: NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I OPERATE THE CONTROL BUTTONS. WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR THIS?
Your shower toilet is in standby mode. To deactivate this mode, tap lightly on the rear cover on the left side. To ensure the proper functioning of the shower toilet, it is important to clean the holder of the toilet seat (the hinges) regularly. Make sure that the appliance is connected to the mains and check that the batteries of the remote control are sufficiently charged.

ENVIRONMENT, SUSTAINABILITY AND ECOLOGY

WHAT IS THE ADDITIONAL RESOURCE CONSUMPTION OF THE SHOWER TOILET IN TERMS OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER?
The reduction in paper consumption and also the standby mode show a positive balance in terms of "ecological footprint".
HOW MUCH ADDITIONAL WATER IS CONSUMED COMPARED TO CONVENTIONAL USE?
With the buttocks shower or the ladies' shower, you only use an additional 0.35 - 0.6 l of water per minute.
IS THERE AN ENERGY LABEL FOR THE SHOWER TOILET?
According to the EU energy label and the Swiss Energy Efficiency Ordinance (EnEV), there is no specific product group allocation, therefore an evaluation and labelling is not possible. Our shower toilets always comply with the latest technical standards and therefore offer the best possible efficiency.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?
AXENT sells its products to the sanitary trade via specialist wholesalers. Therefore, a warranty claim for the customer arises primarily against the direct seller, i.e. against the specialist trade or retail trade, but not against the manufacturer. In the event of complaints, please contact the sales outlet from which you purchased your product.
