Can I continue to use the old app?
To ensure a flawless user experience, the old app should be replaced by the new app, and we recommend removing it from your smartphone.
What advantages does the app offer compared to the remote control?
All functions and positions can be set with the remote control and with the AXENT.Remote app. The app offers additional support for the setting and maintenance functions. For example, the manual clean flush nozzle function, the decalcification programme and/or the ECO mode of your shower toilet can be carried out more conveniently.
Do I have to re-register my shower toilet in the app?
No, you do not have to re-register your shower toilet. The registration is still valid.
